Encore une fois, c'était une expérience gustative extraordinaire. Le céviche de bar sauvage, quelle découverte !! Seule ombre au tableau, le baba au rhum était un gâteau dur & sec... On aurait dit un vieux gâteau de plusieurs jours.

Les deux entrées étaient formidables mais nous sommes déçus du feuilleté aux huîtres & du boeuf bourguignon aux morilles qui n'étaient dans les standards élevés attendus du Laurie Raphaël.

Merci beaucoup. Tout était trop bon!
On a mangé les trois entrées, excellentes. On mangera le plat principal ce soir.
Juste le baba au rhum, un peu sec comme dessert. Pas terrible!
Mais pas grave! On vous aime, continuez!

Copieux & délicieux repas.
Seul hic MAJEUR, nous n'avions pas les instructions dans le paquet... impossible de les rejoindre au téléphone, mais nous les avons finalement reçu après avoir pensé de leur écrire sur messenger 30 min plus tard.
Nous avons eu droit à un simple "voilà" sans être désolé ni aucune excuses... une chance que nous n'étions pas au chalet & que ma blonde a pensé à facebook....
À 70$ par personne en take out, je considère très essentiel de remettre les instructions pour le préparer à la maison puis pouvoir en profiter au maximum.
Du moins un peu d'empathie & reconnaissance de leur erreur aurait été apprécié comme service client.
