Mets à finaliser facilement. Les explications sont claires. Que dire de la nourriture...sublime. Assaisonnés à la perfection, bien balancés & agencés. Le restaurant dans notre maison. Un grand réconfort en cette période.

C'était très bien , la seule critique, c'est le lard qui n'était pas bien cuit & qui était dure, malgré que nous avons suivi à la lettre les recommandations écrites.

Excellent, comme toujours. Un des rares avantage de la pandémie, disposer à un prix abordable, dans le confort de mon foyer, des merveilles culinaires du Laurie Raphaël ! En espérant que cette démocratisation de la grande cuisine survive à la crise ...

vraiment très bon! 5 minutes après s'être stationné sur le côté du restaurant une employée avec masque a confirmé notre commande puis l'a apportée bien emballée. Nous l'avons fait chauffé 10 minutes de plus que ce qui était indiqué. Tartiflette aux fromages de Charlevoix & Isle-aux-Grues excellente & vraiment pour 2 personnes & non 1 à 2. Choucroute excellente!. Avec un Chardonnay!. On reprendra l'expérience. Peut-être serait-il bon d'ajouter sur la facture les recommandations pour où & comment aller chercher la commande
