A special evening that showcased the best that Quebec has to offer. A gastronomic delight with each course bringing a surprise to the eyes & palate. Worthy of every cent. The staff was professional & well trained. Each explanation of a dish or of the wine was a story that unfolded along with the courses. Pairings were sublime.

Cet endroit est incroyable & hors des sentiers battus, ce n'est pas surprenant qu'ils aient obtenu une étoile Michelin, c'est amplement mérité. Étant donné notre budget nous pourrons réserver cet endroit que pour les très grands événements mais si vous pouvez vous le permettre n'hésitez pas un instant. bravo à tous

Some brilliant dishes, some so-so. They very much move at their own pace. After three times we were virtually pleading to see menus. Can't pin it down but somehow we didn't have a comfortable feeling ... apart from the cheers of hello as we entered through the kitchen. It felt rather as if we were part of a machine which even hindered staff. Did NOT like the attempt to upsell a glsss of wine to $45. Three courses, two martinis & two cheaper glasses of wine, plus tax & tip were nearly $500. Poor value.

Incredible flavors, excellent wine pairings, & top notch service - highly recommend!! We did the 10 course, one of us did the discovery wine & the other traditional which was fun to taste all of them. The broths are stunning. Beet butter - oh wow! Presentation & service (Kevin!) definitely worthy of Michelin star too! Four hour experience with the after lounge fun :-)

Expérience incroyable, ayant fait d'autres Michelin auparavant j'ai vraiment un coup de coeur pour ce restaurant . Le personnel est à l'écoute & hyper attentionné. Les repas de service étaient vraiment délicieux , très savoureux. Nous avons passé un moment magique . Merci à toute l'équipe !!
