Beaucoup d'ingrédients pour pas tant de goût finalement. Très cher pour ce que c'est... C'est pas parce qu'on met de l'huile de truffe ici & des paillettes d'or par là que c'est nécessairement meilleur. Aussi, perso je trouve ça tannant que les serveurs gèrent ma chaise. Je sais que c'est ce que les restos chics font historiquement mais il me semble qu'on est rendus ailleurs non?

The 9 course (not includeing the amuse bouche) tasting experience was supberb . The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the food & the wine. They have 3 different wine pairing options . We chose the elevated pairing which had 9 pairings, about 1/2 bottle per person. The food was exquisite , refined complex yet balanced. It is truly an experience. After you experience they invite you to the bar to complete the experience to share a chcolat truffle pop & berry gel with tea or an after dinner liquer.

Pour la Saint-Valentin, leur menu gastronomique à thème a été une expérience inoubliable.
Les plats étaient incroyablement savoureux, jouant habilement sur les textures & les saveurs.
Un moment culinaire raffiné & surprenant que je recommande vivement.
