Great night, great food in Quebec!
The food was good but not sure it's worth a Michelin star. The service is impeccable. The decor is lovely. We were 4 & loved our night. But now wow moment, not impressed. Fair.

Ce fut l'un de mes plus beaux cadeaux que ce repas à l'occasion de mes 88 ans à votre restaurant vendredi dernier . Raffinement, présentations, choix, goût, quantités, accords, une cuisine exceptionnelle reflétant la longue expérience du cuisinier. Quant aux membres du personnel, je n'ai que des bons mots. Attentionnés, présence discrète & excellente présentation des vins & plats pour notre plus grande satisfaction, mon mari, nos deux enfants & conjoints & moi.

C'était une très belle expérience gustative avec le surprenant accord sans alcool. Bravo au chef & au mixologue qui a su proposer des mocktails accompagnant parfaitement les différents mets.
La cuisine est délicieusement surprenante avec des plats que l'on croit connaître mais sublimés à travers la vision du chef comme la chaudrée de palourde, le homard ou le boeuf. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
