Our evening at the restaurant was a delightful experience. Each dish was creatively assembled, beautifully presented, & full of flavor. The service was warm, attentive, & made us feel truly welcome. The wine selection perfectly matched our tastes, rounding out a memorable dining experience.

Quite possibly the best restaurant we've had the pleasure of dining at, & we've been to many 1 & 2 Michelin star restaurants. After a warm greeting by the host, we were taken to the kitchen to quickly to say hello the chefs (nice touch!). The ambiance of the restaurant is chic but not overdone. We dined in their outdoor area & got to take in some of Quebec City. Our server was amazing. Super knowledgeable about the food & wine, & the whole staff was super attentive to every need. The food & wine were exquisite! The pairings were excellent & our server helped modify the pairing for my wife who can't drink red wine. It's a shame that Michelin doesn't cover Quebec City because this place deserves more global recognition. Thanks for a wonderful dinner experience, Team Laure Raphael!

I come to Quebec every year to visit my mother & this place has been on my radar for years. It definitely did not disappoint, every course was well thought out. Bravo!

Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation avec accord vin total, & ce fût tout simplement délectable! L'harmonie entre les mets & les vins est hautement réussie, le service de Thierry a été chaleureux, attentif & transparent & l'ambiance tout simplement sans défaut. Pour les amoureux de la gastro, tout comme ceux qui souhaitent vivre une première expérience dans ce genre de restaurant haut-de-gamme, vous êtes clairement à la bonne place!
