Tout était très bien, de l'assiette au décor, du professionnalisme de l'équipe à l'ambiance feutrée du lieu. Dommage par contre de faire patienter les clients dans un espace réduit à l'accueil quand on découvre par la suite le bar, très sympa & cosy.

Culinary anoitment! This is experience in full, from a short visit to the kitchen before being led to the dining table to the final drink in the lounge after dinner. The menu is fresh, exciting, intriguing, modern, yet comforting , familiar, & with local touch. The wine flight was exquisite & paired with food impeccably. Service is well paced out, with just enough information about the dishes & with well orchestrated service choreography. Amazing

We greatly enjoyed the amazing service & food! What a delight to spend 4 hours enjoying such unique flavors...while also enjoying the wine accompaniments. We wouldn't hesitate to return on our next trip to Quebec City.

Overall an excellent night. Every dish surprised & entertained me, the wine was well matched & the final cocktail perfectly made. We were moved half way through the night away from se boisterous children which was greatly appreciated. Staff highly attentive.
