Nous étions sur la terrasse. C'était très bruyant, odeur de diesel des camions & autobus etc. Nous avions opté pour le menu gastronomique ce que les clients ne devraient jamais faire en de telles circonstances. De plus les plats chauds étaient tièdes...
Je suis déçu & j'aurais aimé savoir qu'il était préférable, & de loin, d'opter pour une table à l'intérieur. Pourquoi pas améliorer l'insonorisation en ajoutant un matériel plus organique sur les panneaux de verre? Offrir un menu « terrasse » moins cher & qui conviendrait davantage à ce type d'ambiance.

Nous avions choisi ce resto afin de fêter notre 50ème anniversaire de mariage & nous avons été épatés par cette expérience gastronomique de saveurs, accompagnée de très bons vins. Merci à tout le personnel très sympathique.

We much appreciated the kitchen welcome & attentive service from the entire crew, especially our busboy. The dishes were creatively presented & tasted wonderful. The non alcoholic pairings were equally inventive & great. The only cloud on the evening the filet mignon which lacked flavor & chewy for some. Finally, at this price point, it would be best to offer coffees complimentary at the end.

We were on the terrace, hence ambience slightly less than inside.
I can only drink one glass per night. I would have preferred slightly more choice in the wines by the glass.
Really really liked the service, including walking thru the kitchen, the menu, the explanations & the note put on the table for each course. Very good.
The transfer to the bar for cognac & special treats is a really good idea & fun. Makes the evening more special.
You can have great service but if the food isn't great then it falls away, but we really enjoyed the food. It was special food & a special evening. We are admirers of dedicated chefs, such as yours.

L'expérience commence avec un accueil personnalisé par le chef propriétaire & son équipe. Le service est à la hauteur de toutes nos attentes. L'expérience culinaire fait appel à nos papilles gustatives. Les assiettes sont belles, raffinées, bien présentées & bien expliquées par l'équipe. La nourriture est excellente, sent bonne, belle à regarder. Si vous rechercher la meilleure expérience culinaire, l'excellence, il y a un incontournable: Laurie Raphaël
