Visited Q City with my husband - found this place while staying at the Frontenac, easy walk from the hotel along the scenic old port. Fun introduction to the restaurant upon arrival when we were greeted enthusiastically by the full kitchen staff - ha! Went with the tasting menu & pairings, excellent flavours - wines were exceptionally selected for each course of the meal & service rivalled any of the major restaurants we have visited in our travels both domestically & in Europe. Definitely an upper tier fine dining experience, complete with a final evening send off from a smaller cocktail area where the mixologists came to your table & gave personal & detailed descriptions of the feature drinks & provided complimentary petit fours. Each course was excellent, however my personal favourite was the dill & butter mushroom pasta served before the main. I could have ordered an entire family sized serving of this & binged until I exploded! Interesting selections of table breads & butters to accompany each tasting - which was a fun little element, as each was completely unique! The atmosphere was definitely more formal than other excellent offerings nearby (Le Clan - for example) Would be great for a special dinner, business or pleasure. Would come back again if ever in the area!

What an amazing dining experience at Laurie Raphael. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hostess & greeted by the culinary team as we glimpsed the kitchen on our way to our table. Our meal began with the finest caviar in the world accompanied by a signature cocktail. We opted to personally choose our four courses with wine pairings selected by the sommelier. Each course outshone the one preceding with delicious halibut ceviche, exotic mushrooms with pasta, beef tenderloin with a caviar stuffed eggplant fritter, & fresh fruit sorbet. We were escorted to the lounge for dessert & after dinner cocktails. C"est magnifique!

Nous avons été comblés. Les saveurs, les produits, le raffinement, la beauté, l'expérience. Le menu... & la touche finale de fin de soirée... Laurie Raphaël a évolué au fil du temps & a redéfinit la cuisine. Un must.

Excellent repas pour un anniversaire de mariage ! Chaque plat était un délice ! Les vins de l'accord complet auraient pû être meilleurs pour ce prix... Ils étaient corrects mais pas de "wow" !

Nous avons apprécié l'expérience ,
surpris de notre bref passage en cuisine , votre équipe cuisine dégage un beau travail d'équipe . Nous avons apprécié le service , le menu ,la présentation l'ambiance du restaurant .

Qualité de la présentation des mets des 8 services ont été plus que magnifiques!!!je recommande fortement ce restaurant pour cette expérience culinaire dont vous vous souviendriez longtemps & surtout vous aurez le plaisir de le recommander à vos parents & amis 🎶🎵🎶

Bonne nourriture & belle ambiance. Toutefois, service pressé... donnez-nous le temps de boire notre apéro tranquillement! Le premier service était tellement rapide que nous ne pouvions profiter du moment. Deux heures & nous étions partis, donc pas de rush Svp lorsque nous dépensons 600$
