Absolutely terrific service from the staff. They took extra great care in their accommodations in preparing our meal as I am pregnant which was greatly appreciated. We had the full experience 8 course meal & every portion, bite & chew was marvellous! Fresh & flavourful! My palette was very pleased & the staff was so lovely - if I ever find myself in Quebec in the future I will be back for the the full experience & great care. Highly recommend

A Five star rating is not enough. Booked this restaurant for our only night in Quebec City. While walking towards it in the rain, we were not quite sure whether it was open, because of the plastic coverings on windows it was difficult to see inside. Did not see a lot of people either, & seated in a restaurant by ourselves is not our idea of a nice evening, but glad we persevered & had one of the most amazing dinners ever. (Geranium, Copenhagen reached that level) The starter Traditions went well with our Kir Royale, the Beef Gravlax, almost a pity to take that apart, following the duck confit & a mouth watering dessert. Paired wines from Quebec, unknown to us, was a great idea. Obviously this restaurant does everything well, given its longevity. Bravo

Juste WOW!!! Pas qu'un simple souper au resto. C'est vraiment tout un expérience culinaire avec des produits de qualité & une équipe formidable. Je recommande 1000 fois!!!
