This was a truly superb meal. The restaurant is dark but not in a way that negatively impacts what you can see. The food & service were excellent. I had the wine pairing & my wife had the non-alcoholic pairing. I thought that the wines went well but I wasn't wowed by them. Her mocktails on the other hand were amazing & each one complimented the dish perfectly.

Remains the best ‘alround ' restaurant in Quebec in our opinion.
Excellent presentation & service.
Great flavour combinations & taste.
Critically; the first 2 bottles of wine I selected were not available, while I recognize that wines run out, the list should be updated more expeditiously.
Wine prices are generally more than 100% markup on retail, so updating list is an important service component.

Nous étions un groupe de 15 reçu dans le salon privé. Le personnel fut attentionné, très courtois & compréhensible avec la présence d'une dame de 102 ans parmi nous. Le repas accords mets & vins fut un délice, un voyage planant pour les papilles & le palais! Quelle soirée mémorable! Merci, merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe!!
