C'est définitivement l'expérience gastronomique la plus agréable que j'ai eu droit au cours des dernières années. Ayant fait toutes les grandes tables de la ville de Québec, celle-ci se démarque à tous les niveaux. La délicatesse des aliments, l'accord mets & vins qui se mariait à merveille, la présentation des plats, le goût exquis de ces derniers ainsi que le service étaient tous impeccables. Nous serons de retour prochainement afin d'expérimenter à nouveau ce restaurant qui a su combler toutes mes attentes, & même au-delà. Chapeau à toute l'équipe de Raphaël Vézina, vous êtes incroyables !
