An amazing dining experience at Le 101. We had the 3 course dinner & every dish exceeded expectations. A brilliant selection of wines were available. The night was topped off when the head chef invited my son behind the kitchen to prepare our desserts. Certainly a memorable night for us in Quebec City!

We had the three-course tasting menu. They graciously accommodated two pescatarians & one vegetarian. The food was extraordinary. We are in debt to the individual who casually recommended this gem to us - what a wonderful night. The service was better than any restaurant we've been to in ages, & each dish was delicious: unique & perfect (& the wine pairing was equally wonderful.). It was our last night in Quebec City - & it was a great way to celebrate our great vacation. I would (& we will) come back just to come back to Le 101.

The staff was very kind. I highly appreciate their attention in speaking in English since I do not speak French. The food & wine were nice.

We recently dined at 101 & was blown away by the exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting & elegant. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu & made excellent recommendations. As for the food, every dish was beautifully presented & bursting with flavor. The chef's creativity & attention to detail were evident in every bite. Overall, 101 exceeded our expectations in every way, & I can't wait to return for another unforgettable meal. Very nice cocktails & wine list with a wide natural selection. Definitely need more of these restaurants in this city.

Wow, wow wow! We attended a special event with "le Vignoble Camy" where the chefs had to to create meals that matched different grape variety provided by the winery. Every plates were soo tasty & fine! We enjoyed very single bites! The service & staff was great & being able to see the chefs in the kitchen adds to the experience. We will come back for sure

Service was so slow… we stayed there over 2 hours & half, had to cancel part of our dinner (we had received 2/3 in this time) because it was just taking too much time. It was slow to get food & wine. Very unfortunate because the level of food execution was really good & the wine selection as well as the sommelier service was great too.

Wonderful restaurant with a warm & inviting atmosphere. We enjoyed our 5 course with wine pairing very much! We experienced new flavor combinations mostly paired with local wines. Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Decadent small plate experience ! Nice wine list & attentive service. Not the place to go to if you are looking for large portions & only have an hour to eat.... We did not do the Prix Fixe menu as most of the other diners were doing. Too much food for us.
Each entree was brought to the table by one of the four chefs & explained. We will be back & if we are really hungry we will do the Prix Fixe !!!

The place is small & intimate. Nice ambiance, but extremely slow service although the servers were friendly! We did the 5 course meal with wine parings. The food was okay, the wines were too young & floral for my liking. In addition, we were disappointed with the owner, who went around chatting up with each table, except ours. We were the second last table to leave on a Saturday night.
