Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

Good food, very slow to come out. It's burgers & poutine, it shouldn't take 45 mins. To be fair, there are 2 servers for maybe 25 tables. & two people cooking. The owners should employ more staff

Great atmosphere, hard to go wrong in Old Quebec. We waited a long time before the server came, it seemed like they were under-staffed. The burgers were good as was the mushroom poutine. My son ordered the maple chips; the first half he enjoyed but he couldn't finish the bottom half as they were soaking in a pool of maple syrup in the bowl. Prices were on the high side.

We loved our dining experience. The BEST poutine we have ever eaten! My friend LOVED the robuste burger & my vegetarian friend enjoyed the Masala poutine. We will definately be back next time we visit Quebec City. 🙌

The food has potential to be good but our hamburgers were cold & the poutine was very disappointing, cold as well. We could not track down our server to advise how everything was cold , so we ate it as we had a long day & were hungry

Bof bof… poutine de patates en cubes, sauce correcte, beaucoup de fromage. Burger très petit pour 20$ mais il est bon. Limonade maison intéressante. Employés super agréable

I have no idea how this restaurant has 4+ stars. We were there Wednesday evening. It was busy. We waited in line. We were seated on the terrace which had a great view (the best part of our experience). The young lady waiting on us has never waited tables or so it seems. We waited for more than 15 minutes to even be told'Hello'. Every single thing we asked her for (extra plates, a drink, napkins) was never brought. We wanted to try the Poutine & tried two different types. They were terrible. I ordered Sangria. It tasted like fruit juice. I didn't leave her no tip which is what she deserved but I did only give her 10% because it was ABOMINABLE service. Avoid this place - it is truly terrible.

Found this gem in Old Quebec. Has plenty of vegetarian option & they are all amazing. Tried their pepper chips, vegetarian burger, & masala poutine. All were very good. Don't forget to try their hot sauces!

Les burgers sont bons, les frites maison très bonnes, le choix de poutines original. Le cadre est évidemment agréable étant donné l'emplacement.
