La forestière is the greatest way to consume a vegetarian poutine. Hands down. The cream based sauce was incredibly earthy & paired exceptionally with the fresh curds. Had a mango soda with it. Incredible. I had worked up an appetite walking up multiple flights of wooden stairs through old Québec to get there, well worth the effort.

A la carte, 120$ for 2 burgers, two poutines & two drinks. Plus 15% tip. Had the Chic Burger, was really good, the shack burger wasn't as good cause was too saucy & wet which was unpleasant & unappetizing. The two poutines, the beef braisée poutine was delicious except for the sour win sauce gravy, they should just use regular beef gravy as it would compliment the beef braised without overdoing the overall beef braised flavour, keeping it more of an accent taste than being the overall main taste, cause it really didn't pair well with the taters & curds, which again was a disappointment cause it was served with taters patato for fries, when you're expecting fries in your poutine. 🙃🙄, the other poutine was the Bulgogi Kimchi. Same disappointment as the previous including same as the weird sour watered down gravy wine sauce & with taters. I gave it a generous 4 stars cause taste wise it was delicious in some aspects & really not in many other aspects. I wish they would have kept it more authentic & traditional than to try & reinvent the poutine. The drinks were 1 whiskey salted caramel milkshake which was really delicious, & 1 Mango rum cocktail wish was also delicious in its own way, But we both left super stuffed & could barely walk afterwards & we didn't puke, So it was overall an awfully good but strange experience.

Bof bof… poutine de patates en cubes, sauce correcte, beaucoup de fromage. Burger très petit pour 20$ mais il est bon. Limonade maison intéressante. Employés super agréable

Best burgers I've had in a while. Very rich flavor, delicious cheese & sauces. Staff is very friendly, & the prices are very cheap for the location of the restaurant.

Found this gem in Old Quebec. Has plenty of vegetarian option & they are all amazing. Tried their pepper chips, vegetarian burger, & masala poutine. All were very good. Don't forget to try their hot sauces!

Poutine Italienne généreuse & assez bonne. Beaucoup de sauce & de fromage. Le pain burger était frais & les légumes croquants mais la boulette de boeuf semblait mélangée avec autre chose. Les Hot- Dogs de mon chum étaient semi toastés & ils ont mis du ketchup dedans pour un tout garni. Mais à Montréal tout garni c' est moutarde relish oignons chou. Peut- être une question de perception. Musique très forte & Rock. Pas une bonne ambiance. Je réessaierais peut être une poutine ordinaire pour apportez.... Personnel courtois.

The vegetarian burger (vegan when made without the chic sauce) was delicious. The vegan poutine had a savory gravy & perfect tofu'curds'. On a lovely day, the outdoor seating has one of the best views in Old Town Quebec. We loved our visit.

Le menu était alléchant. L'accueil & le service très sympathiques. Par contre ma poutine baignait dans 2 cm de liquide (au fond du bol). Le cuisinier avait mis trop d'eau en diluant la poudre de la « sauce maison ». Du coup c'était pas très bon, surtout le fromage devenu caoutchouteux avec le liquide. Je goûtais ce plat pour la première fois, pas prête d'y revenir !

We ordered the La Forestière, the LE BBG, & the Blackcurrant-Blueberry cocktail, & every single item delivered. The LE BBG stood out with its juicy spice-crusted chicken breast, sharp local cheddar, crunchy red cabbage slaw, & smoky house BBQ sauce layered perfectly in each bite. Paired with the rich, earthy comfort of the La Forestière & the refreshing berry-forward cocktail, the entire meal felt indulgent, balanced, & unforgettable.

Poutine qui n'était pas vraiment une poutine…. sauce figée & froide (on aurait dit une compote au roast beef), patate déjeuner au lieu de frite. Le burger était correct, la viande était bonne & les bacon aussi ainsi que la salade. J'espère sincèrement que la poutine était une erreur sinon appeler pas ça de la poutine car ça fait honte au Québec. 3/10 overall
