Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

Our menu offers something for everyone from the sophisticated burger aficionado to the picky toddler.

This is a great place, close to Chateau Frontenac. Great vibe, amazing food, really tasty house made sodas. Highly recommend!

10/10 Chic Shack, près du château Frontenac, Québec C'est vraiment parce qu'ils avaient de bon review sur internet. J'avais peur que ce soit une trappe à touriste. Mais j'y ai mangé ma meilleure poutine à vie. J'ai pris la fumée. Je m'attendais à de l'émietté de smoked meat industriel style Lester. C'était des gros morceaux de boeuf braisé maison & fumé. La sauce, wow. Sûrement fait avec le jus de braisage. Ça goûtait le boeuf. Gros morceaux de fromage & en quantité généreuse. Très grosse portion. C'est pas vraiment des frites mais des gros chuncks & j'ai vraiment apprécié Je n'avais pas pris de photos de ma poutine pleine, donc j'ai trouvé une photo sur internet mais c'était pas mal identique. J'ai pris une photo du bol vide ( que j'ai eu de la difficulté à terminer) & je tiens à dire que le bol est pas mal rempli lorsque la poutine arrive à la table. Excellent service également. En prime photo d'aurores boréales en revenant à Sherbrooke

Lovely window seat with a view of the Château Frontenac in Old Québec on a crisp & windy spring day/long weekend. Delicious salty or sweet breakfast/brunch options. Generous portions & beverages. Yummy yummy in our tummies!

This is a tourist trap, it's not the best poutine in Quebec, not even best burgers (small & meh), it's very expensive & usually crowded. Nevertheless I must say they have one of the best views in city since they have the château de Frontenac just behind.

I went there at night. The château Frontenac was beautiful with all the lights. The food served here was amazing. Best restaurant in al of old Québec.

The place is right down the street from the Chateau Frontenac. Smaller place, maybe about 40 or so seats inside. Very simple concept. Burgers, fries, poutines, salads, milkshakes & homemade sodas.

We were 4. 2 of us had the bison burger topped with blue cheese, arugula, pickles, tomatoes, caramelized onions & house sauce.

The other 2 had the beef burgers with house sauce, lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, pickles.

We had regular fries, sweet potato fries & poutine topped with smoked meat.

We were too full for dessert, but they had some delicious sounding ice cream sandwiches.

We had 2 milkshakes & 2 sodas with the meal. It all came to about $150 taxes in.

Oh & they don't take cash here fyi.

But highly recommend.
