Chic Shack in Quebec City exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the cozy atmosphere & friendly staff made me feel right at home. The menu offers a mouthwatering selection of gourmet burgers that are bursting with flavor. I tried the signature Chic Shack Burger, & it was a culinary delight—juicy, flavorful, & perfectly cooked.

Their commitment to using local ingredients shines through in every bite. Don't forget to pair your burger with their hand-cut fries & a thick, creamy milkshake. It's a burger lover's paradise!

Found it searching for "You Gotta Eat Here" & they weren't wrong! Located within the old part of Quebec City, we had a seat looking out the open windows with a cool breeze & listening to a nearby street performer singing greatest hits & entertaining the crowd.

I had the Le Robuste bison patty burger & a Salted Maple Caramel milkshake, my wife had Le Chiquito burger & Iced Tea, & we split a large Maple & Pepper Chips. Flame grilled, cooked to perfection, dressed to the nines both burgers were very tasty & satisfying. The chips were sweet & peppery with the maple syrup & pepper & the portion of chips was large indeed. We didn't even have room for dessert after.

Serving staff were very friendly & had a sense of humour. Overall, an excellent meal & an excellent time!
