We just went here with some friends & family. The service started out great with the staff being very nice & got us a table for 9 fairly quickly. Our waiter took our order quickly & the food came out shortly after. The reason for the 3 starts for service is when we were finished, nobody came with the bill nor checked on us. 20 minutes later, we then had to get the attention of another server, then we finally got our bill. The food itself was great & I'd 100% recommend the original poutine & the french vanilla milkshake. Would still recommend you to go just expect the longer wait time for the bill.

Quick bite at 11 am- 2 Le Chic burgers, poutine & 2 milkshakes & a hand crafted mango soda. Delicious, reasonably priced. Burgers good. Poutine are real potato chunks not French fries. Drinks great. Wouldn't hesitate to return for fast food fare. Credit card only no cash

As you can see, we ate it all & we forgot to take the picture. The food was amazing 👏. We loved the Bison burgers & the poutine was to die for. The service was quick & the staff were friendly. We highly recommend it. 😍😋

What a great spot. We had the prime table, with a stunning view of Chateau Frontenac.

The poutine was delicious. I got the braised beef, which was awesome, Joanne got a large mushroom, that I helped polish off &... It was even better.

Not traditional poutine but I'd go back in a heartbeat.

For dessert, we shared a chocolate milkshake, which was the perfect way to end this great experience.

My poutine gravy was barely warm. Fries also lukewarm. Worst poutine - shameful. There were about 50 tiny ants under our table which was a counter against the window really squished. Someone had dropped food before we got there so ants were a plenty. Soda was craft or something? Tasted awful like made in a soda stream. Wish we'd gone elsewhere. It was close to our hotel that's why we went. Tomato soup was good on a rainy night.

Tried La forestiere burger (veggie patty burger with pickled beet roots & red onions), burger was nicely prepared & crispy patty with tangy toppings..
also ordered la vegane poutine (cheese curds, crispy square cut potatoes & mushrooms). Both were delicious & good portion size, enough for two people. Very reasonable price compare to nearby restaurants.. definitely recommend for vegetarian options..

Their poutines are just wow! It has been one of the best I have in my life. We tried the large size with mushroom & other toppings on it. Taste is just amazing. The service is excellent. One of the best meeting point at old Quebec City.
