Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

Sodas faits maison, poutine, burgers & milk shakes. Des classiques de qualité supérieure! J'y retournerais certainement! Pain sans gluten disponible pour les burgers (mais je n'ai pas goûté) service rapide hors saison touristique, attendu que ça peut se remplir vite en été aux heures des repas!

Plutôt bon pour de la poutine (vous aurez compris que ce n'est pas mon plat préféré :-)). Notamment la version forestière. La soupe du jour était excellente.

Orders Veg Burger & Le BBQ burger with poutine. Awesome food. No reservations needed but wait times are around 15-20 minutes. Right opposite to Chateau Frontenac. Really good vibes & food also very nice. Friendly staff & all speak English as well French ofc Tasted one of their local beer which was super good. Totally worth the hype. ❤️

Convenient location for a quick bite! Poutines were tasty & unique. Fresh potato wedges makes it stand out. Service is a bit on the slower side, seems like our waiter switched in the middle of service(?). Blueberry & blackcurrant soda with homemade syrup was delicious!

I had the whisky smoked mushroom burger. Good burger. A fairly wide selection of burgers to choose from. They get pretty creative with the poutine too. My kids said the fries should have had more seasoning.

Excellent choice of poutine & other good food. We shared a few regular balls of different types of poutine for the table Small place so at busy times you might have to wait. Servers were excellent. Highly recommend.

I wanted to really like this place, but combined with the wait to get in here & the mediocre food, it wasn't worth it. There are many better places to eat in Quebec City. The washroom didn't even have soap in it. It gets a bit of a better rating since the milkshake was really good, but the poutine wasn't the best I've had in Quebec City.

Loved this place. A wonderful spot for a gourmet burger, poutines, milkshake, salad or homemade soda. Casual, great for families & in a beautiful location. The wait staff was amazing, kind & attentive. Fantastic!
