Moi & mon conjoint nous sommes vraiment décu de l'expérience reçu... Ma poutine resemblais plutôt à une bouette avec des patates non épluchée... Ses frites était molle & la sauce de son buger goûtais le surie. Ma sauce n'avais aucun goût. De plus, jamais la serveuse est venu nous demander si notre repas repondais à nos attente... Pour le prix, on s'attendaient à manger mieux que cela & avoir plus de service. Un Subway ou un McDonald auraient été meilleur... Le café & le lait frapper reste la meilleur partie de notre experience.

Pleasant crew, delicious poutine, real potatoes instead of fries, homemade soda drink. Everything was fantastic. Will recommend it to anyone who's looking for authentic food.

Great place in the cicy center - the food is very good, not the classical poutine but very tasty, we had an amazing view to the castle. It's a busy place, not expensive for a touristic area.

I recently visited this poutinerie in Quebec City, which is conveniently located close to the Fairmont. During the day, it gets a little busy, but be prepared to find parking a bit further away as there's none available right in front of the restaurant. However, it's still within walking distance, so not a big hassle. Now, let's talk about the poutine. I first tried their poutine four years ago, & it was absolutely amazing! So naturally, I was excited to have it again. However, I was left disappointed this time around. We ordered the same Mushroom Poutine, but it didn't taste like before. Instead of the rich gravy I remembered, it felt like they used too much butter or cheese, making it overly greasy. It just didn't have that authentic poutine flavor. On a brighter note, we also tried their Mango Rum, which was quite good. It added a nice tropical twist to the meal. My partner had a chicken sandwich which was okay. Overall, while the location is convenient & the Mango Rum was enjoyable, the letdown with the poutine was quite disappointing. Hopefully, they can get it back to its former glory!"

The best poutine we had in Quebec City! Their homemade sodas are great too (tried raspberry & cola). 10/10 would definitely come back.

Beautiful, well located spot with friendly staff. Unfortunately the food was bland, cold & tasteless. The poutine was cold, & when asked if I could have a hot one they just stuck it in the microwave, & it still wasn't that warm. Disappointing to pay for microwaved food.

I came in on a random weekday night, the place was empty. The restaurant has a nice seating section, very clean, & the people were super friendly. I got the classic poutine & a burger along with one of their house made sodas. Honestly the poutine was disappointing.. the soda was alright, but the burger definitely was good. I was hoping for a better poutine, however still a nice place if you're in the area for a quick bite
