Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

Super restaurant, le service est rapide & efficace, les serveurs sont super gentils & accueillants ! Les plats sont réconfortants & gourmands pour le prix qui est juste, je vous recommande vivement !!
J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Ate here as a walk-in: had noted it was the closest restaurant to Chateau Frontenac where we were staying & the menu looked interesting.

Got seated without issue & ordered a burger, chicken burger & a poutine to share. We also ordered two boozy milkshakes (although we found out when the bill arrived that only one of the two contained alcohol - the Maple shake on the menu has a boozy cousin which is the one I ordered, but not the one I got).

The burger was good, but unfortunately the chicken was overcooked & chewy to the point I couldn't finish it. The poutine was very good - in a super savoury mushroom sauce & served with grated cheddar.

Service was OK but largely absent (I think tables in the window where the customer is facing outward can cause this unfortunately).

Tuve la oportunidad de visitar este restaurante, cuando vine a Quebec, la comida es deliciosa, me comí un Putin y una hamburguesa y una malteada de fresa, las papas eran de trufa, me encantó todo.

Très bonne adresse, nous avons mangé la poutine fumée & le Burger Chic tout était très bon nous nous sommes régalés & les serveurs sont tres sympathiques

We ordered a poutine, & it was ok, & a bison burger that was delicious, we just thought the burger was too small compared to other restaurants! I recommend it!

Excellent emplacement dans la vieille ville. Malgré le monde, nous avons été assis & servis rapidement. La poutine était excellente, même si certaines parties du plat étaient froides & d'autres brûlantes.
Prix très corrects pour la quantité dans le plat & la qualité.
Le chic cola est très bon!

Un excellent restaurant qui ne déroge pas à sa réputation: assiettes généreuses, produits de qualité (burgers / frites maisons décadents & une soupe minestrone très réconfortante par grand froid 🥶) & ambiance très conviviale ! Le personnel est sympathique & aux petits soins. Très bon rapport qualité / prix pour cette institution située au coeur du Petit Champlain !
