Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

Okay so… starting off on a positive note: the burger was amazing. Very well done & delicious. However the poutine was EXTREMELY disappointing. The potato was cold & cube shaped. Like cold old fries. The sauce was thick & not warm to melt the cheese. & we asked for extra sauce cuz the poutine was DRY & they charged us extra For it. Unbelievable. We asked for extra cuz we were eating cold dry poutine…!!!!! Was not a good experience overall. Left disappointed.

After experiencing breakfast & lunch, I can say this is pretty good. Not amazing but a solid choice if you're anywhere in the area close by.

Food choices are great & they really do their best to service & quality. Highlights are the unique takes of their sodas/juices. Try adding the syrup & salt chips on your combo! It's really good!

Pirce-wise I don't believe we have been ripped off or overpaid, it's certainly right for the price & burger you get here.

Poutines here are so good & the view is amazing. Also the mango drink was very good. Services was top notch. Everything came out quick. I would suggest this place as a quick filling meal after walking around the upper & lower town for sure.

Les burgers sont excellents & d'une grosseur normale. Les frites étaient bonnes & les sodas maisons sont bien (personnellement je mettrais plus de sucre). La poutine classique n'était pas une poutine : des patates grelots avec de la genre de sauce au vin & du fromage en grain. Étrange, pas tellement bon.
Puisqu'on a mangé à côté de la cuisine ouverte, l'ambiance était bruyante & on est ressorti en sentant la friture à plein nez.
Je recommande surtout pour les burgers, mais essayez de vous asseoir dans le palier du haut, plus loin de la cuisine.

Deuxièmement visite : Burgers toujours décadents! Limonade délicieuse. Les tables sur le bord des fenêtres, donnant directement sur la rue, offre la meilleure vue sur la rue, les passants & même un bout du Château.

Hamburgueria em Quebec perto do Hotel Frontenac e a feirinha de natal Alema. De passagem no local, resolvemos entrar e nao nos decepcionamos.

O hambúrguer é muito bom, as batatas trufadas deliciosas e o atendimento nota 10.

O ambiente é aconchegante.

We had nice burgers & salad here. The server Lawrence was very cordial & helpful. Always smiling. They also allow outdoor dining which is fantastic. Definitely recommend it.

Atmosphere is fun & worth it. I had the poutine with bacon & a maple sauce. It was very delicious! Others had the burgers, a little small but they seemed to enjoy them. The milkshakes were thick & very good.

WOW! We just had dinner here & it was fantastic! We had a late lunch so we shared a veggie burger & fries & it was absolutely delicious & very filling. We sat by a window & it was so quaint & romantic. Also, really great music was playing so the atmosphere was excellent. I didn't catch his name (dark, curly hair & working the night of Nov 11), but the server was *really* wonderful - so kind, friendly & attentive. 10/10
