Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

Great spot. Very low key atmosphere. Awesome view of the Château. Nice patio with heaters for the evening. The food, cocktails, & beer were excellent & the prices were great. Definitely a good spot.

You simply must stop at Le Chic Shack if you're in Old Quebec! We were right near the Château Frontenac & spotted their charming sign. Had to try their famous poutine, & it absolutely lived up to the hype-the gravy was rich, the curds were squeaky, & the chopped herbs made it feel extra gourmet. & the milkshake? Pure perfection. Creamy, cold, & topped with a mountain of whipped cream. An awesome spot for a delicious comfort meal. Highly recommend!

Que dire...hormis la cuisine correcte le reste pour ma part reste a désirer... expérience plutôt décevante du au service & l'hatitude de la serveuse....au moment de régler la note celle-ci me force à laisser un pour boire que je n'ai pas donné car mademoiselle il n'était vraiment pas mérité ok...quand pour deux malheureux hamburger on me fait attendre 1h & que j'ai eu le malheur de réclamer au moins les boissons au bout de 30 minutes d'attente on me dit je sers dans l'ordre des commandes..ok pas de problème.... J'ai bien analyser le service des clients sont arrivés biiien après nous & on étaient servis très rapidement même pas 20 minutes...donc non le pourboire était pas mérité surtout quand on ce permet de le réclame

La meilleure poutine que j'ai pu goûter.
Super restaurant dans le vieux Québec juste à côté du château.
Service attentionné & prix très correct !
Je recommande à 200%

Bravo pour le fait maison, ça fait toute la différence.

Très chouette endroit souvent complet, juste à côté du Château Frontenac. Les burgers & salades sont délicieux & originaux, les poutines sont bonnes aussi. Bonnes IPA à la pression.
