Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

This is my go-to place every time I go to Quebec City .
Burgers & pouting are fantastic.
Their home brewed beer is my favorite.
Staff is great, & you can't be the location .

L'endroit est très agréable avec une super vue sur le château de Frontenac. Le service est très bien malgré l'attente. Petit bémol pour le burger Chic, le pain était un peu sec & le steak un peu trop cuit …

Ambiance & serveurs sympathiques, les burgers sont petits & les poutines « régulieres » copieuses.
Preferez l'original pour avoir le goût classique.
Les frites à la truffe sont trop grasses.
Les sodas maison sont bons

If your group is more than two you need to wait longer as they call small groups first
We were group of five & they ask us to sit around a small table one side three & other side two people
That was uncomfortable & as we wanted to share food they didn't offer water for the person who was sharing & didn't order food
Tase of their food was ok noting remarkable

Une soupe, une poutine & une bonne bière ! C'est le menu d'un très bon moment passé ici. Service impeccable, serveuse arrangeante (on est arrivé à 8)😀.
Les cartes est assez variée, les frites sont terribles (dans le bon sens du terme). Le cadre est simple mais superbement situé !
Bref, pour moi c'est un passage obligé dorénavant !

Très bon service
Les burgers sont délicieux & les frites au parmesan sont vraiment excellentes
Lorsqu on propose,en dessert,des biscuits sucrés salés,le dosage sucre sel doit être parfait sinon on se retrouve avec un résultat immangeable, les biscuits de Lucy étaient beaucoup trop salés & même avec de la crème glacée,on ne goûtait, hélas, que le sel
Bien dommage de finir mon repas avec un dessert aussi mauvais
Pour le reste, tout était parfait

Great food, staff, & location. Must try! Came during the Canada day week & added bonus is that the Regiment Band parade along the resto. Here's what we ate & some pics of the resto. Came in just before the busy lunch hours.
