Opened in 2012 by Lucy and Evan Price (co-owners of L’Auberge Saint-Antoine), Le Chic Shack offers delicious burgers, poutines, salads, shakes and sodas crafted from fresh quality ingredients that have been carefully sourced from a select group of local purveyors. From our bison to our lobster, Le Chic Shack is committed to utilizing the highest quality ingredients.

Le lieu est super sympa & parfaitement placé. Nous avons pris une salade cocorico & un Burger shak.
Mention très bien pour la salade qui était excellente & copieuse ainsi que pour le choix de boissons originales & fait maison.
Moins enthousiastes pour le Burger peu copieux & les frites tellement salées que je n'ai pas pu les manger . J'ai failli ne pas donner de tips suite au service morose des serveuses.

Le Chic Shack, c'est tout simplement une révélation gastronomique. Les burgers étaient spectaculaires, juteux, parfaitement équilibrés, avec des saveurs qui restent en tête longtemps après le repas. La poutine, elle, était au?delà de l'extraordinaire : généreuse, créative, & exécutée avec une maîtrise qui transforme un classique québécois en véritable expérience culinaire.

Le service était impeccable : chaleureux, rapide, attentionné, sans jamais être envahissant. On sent une équipe qui aime ce qu'elle fait & qui veut vraiment offrir un moment mémorable à ses clients.

Le Chic Shack - Very conveniently located near Chateau Frontenac. The atmosphere is lively n amazing. We got to sit outside after some wait time & record the city vibe.
We had the chicken burger. It was tasty.
La Cocorico salad was very good. Fries were delicious. This the first time I could have fries without ketchup & still tasted good.
Maragarita d'ici was just right - right amount of sweet & alcohol. Mango soda was refreshing. Chocolate & strawberry Milkshakes were yummy. However. I am biased towards chocolate milkshake.
The waiters were friendly & helpful. They helped us getting seat outside for the wheelchair as well.
Overall great experience. A must revisit next time in Quebec. Bon Appetit!

Absolutely loved this place! We had burgers, poutine, & fresh homemade juice, & everything was delicious. The burgers were juicy & full of flavor, the poutine was amazing, & the fresh juice was the perfect addition. Great quality food, friendly service, & an excellent location. We would definitely come back next time we're in Quebec City!
