We had a fantastic dinner at Le Clocher Penche. The food far surpassed our expectations & the wine recommendations were perfectly paired to the food we ate & shared. Cocktails beforehand were also some of the best we've had. All that plus a warm, welcoming & really helpful server, Livia, made the evening really enjoyable & memorable. REALLY ENJOYED OUR EXPERIENCE
THE STAFF WERE AMAZING
WE HAD A REQUEST TO BE SEATED OUT OF MAIN TRAFFIC
VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR TABLE
THE MENU WAS EXPLAINED AT LENGHT WHICH WAS VERY APPRECIATED
WE CHOOSE THE WRONG WINE FROM THE EXTREMELY LONG LIST OF WINE & IT WAS CORRECTED MIDDLE OF THE MEAL ( WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE 2 GLASSES CONSUMED WHICH IT IS MORE THAN FAIR ) THE FOOD PRESENTATION & TASTE WERE IMPECCABLE & THE SERVICE TO MATCH !
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT & LOOK FORWARD TO VISITING AGAIN

We have dined at Le Cloche Penche many times & have never been disappointed. This was our first visit since the COVID-19 pandemic & I am happy to report that the establishment is as good or better than at any time in the past, though I prefer the previous arrangement of more tables & less bar space since I visit for the food! The halibut preparation was essentially perfect - a good-sized piece of high-quality fish well-prepared & accompanied by similarly well prepared vegetables. The vegan main dish had legitimate plant-based protein, chick peas, in a Mediterranean-flavored preparation with many other vegetables, a solid preparation. The apple/ maple dessert was tasty, as was the chocolate option. The wine by the glass was good. Overall, we love Le Cloche Penche & will return as soon as we can.

Wonderful dinner! This restaurant was recommended by a friend. The food was great & the service was excellent. Our server was informative on both food & wine. I believe she is also the sommelier for the restaurant. Wonderful evening!

Busy restaurants tell you something. They usually tell you who dines out on a Saturday but also why. The why? Because the food & service are excellent. Oysters were impeccable. Several wines on the list represented a well curated variety that suited the seasonal menu. Osso Bucco & Halibut were fresh & superb. Our server Was attentive, eager to suggest items & even helped us taste a sublime Syrah. An amazing evening. Merci!
