Dans le menu, un mets vraiment végétarien (pas seulement des légumes, mais une source de protéines, comme des oeufs ou des légumineuses) serait apprécié. Mais nous aimons beaucoup l'ambiance, le professionnalisme & la courtoisie du personnel, le grand service & les flambées.

I have probably been to this establishment over 50 times over the last 60 years. Love how nothing changes. Still the best food, even better service & those flambés. I make it my go to dinner establishment whenever in Quebec City

Excellent. A classic steak house in my opinion that probably hasn't changed the way they present their flambee dishes since they started in 1956 ! waiters in white jackets add to the nostalgia. Excellent in all regards.

This is the epitome of a classic old school restaurant. The waitstaff in white coats, most menu items prepared table side... all of the flambes!! My shrimp were fresh & beautifully cooked table side & the presentation was also gorgeous & very old school. A very nice change of pace from all of the trendy restaurants everywhere these days. The service was lovely, if not a touch rushed (which is why I took off one star). The complimentary cookies after dinner were a nice touch.

Très bon restaurant , tout était comme je l'espérais du repas aux services ... l'accueil
Très chaleureux le canard flambé était excellent le cadre est magnifique très sophistiqué j'ai adoré à la fin ils ont même souhaité une bonne fête à mon conjoint c'est vraiment adorable c'est sûr que nous y reviendrons

Very friendly staff & attentive service! Our meal was very good but felt the filet mignon, while perfectly cooked & tender would have benefitted from less sauce. It looked like it was sitting in soup! The flambé shrimp were tasty. Chocolate mousse was delicious but crème brûlée was good bit nothing special.

Nice restaurant with good service although they didn't clean our table full of crumbs & food at all. Well known for tableside flambé dinners & desserts
