Excellent service d'Alberto ! Il était très drôle & sympathique, en plus d'être extrêmement professionnel. D'ailleurs, tous les serveurs étaient merveilleux & ont rendu notre visite mémorable. Les flambés étaient impressionnants & la nourriture délicieuse.
Exceptional & extensive menu with a presentation like no other. Meat, fish, duck, shrimp etc..Tasty! What a wonderful & special treat to happen upon this place. Our server Alberto, our table-side Chef who possessed an incredible sense of historical information & humor! Flambé anyone?
This place is ridiculous. The servers are essentially also chefs as they are cooking 50% of what's coming from the kitchen... Old school flambe style cooking. It was excellent overall.. dinner & a show. Highly recommend

Très belle soirée dans cette institution 1956 du Vieux-Québec dont la réputation du filet mignon flambé à la table dépasse les frontières de la province ! Grazie Andrea 🔥 Merci à toute l'équipe Le Continental. A bientôt.
Always one of our favorite places to have dinner when in Quebec City. The escargot & lobster bisque were very good. The filet mignon was done to perfection right at our table & flambeed. The sides were cold but that's not what you come here for. The Cherries Jubilee was excellent & again fun to watch the flambee tableside. The server & our flambee expert were very nice & personable.
Today we went for dinner at Le continental & we were extremely happy with the quantity, & most importantly with the quality of the food. From the moment we entered everyone was extremely friendly & thanked us for choosing Le continental. Actually we want to thank them for the amazing food experience they offered us today. We wanted a different salad to the one they had on the menu, & they went out of their way to make a different salad for us. The duck a l'orange Flambé for 2 was exceptional. The Quebec cheese platter included three types of local cheese which we never tried before but enjoyed the flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is a fan of the French cuisine.
Our server was Andrea & he was wonderful. Between the tableside Caesar Salad, Filet Continental, Crepes Suzette & his special Flambe Drink, he prepared almost our entire meal right in front of us. The food for each course was great & we celebrated a very special anniversary in the perfect setting! This is a great place for a special celebration. Splurge on dessert & the flambe drinks, the show is absoutely worth it. & if you can, ask for Andrea!!
We celebrated our wedding dinner at Le Continental & were fortunate enough to have Nicolas for our server! He was fun, funny, helpful, & had just the right amount of spice to keep us on our toes! We enjoyed the Gaspé Crab with Hollandaise Sauce & Flambé Shrimp Whiskey for our appetizers & then shared the Châteaubriand. My husband enjoyed the mushroom sauce but as I don't like mushrooms, Nicolas suggested a Béarnaise sauce for me, which was beyond perfection! Then we had Crêpes Suzette for dessert! Everything was beyond delicious & Nicolas did a phenomenal job cooking everything for us right at our table! The two things that stood out most amongst all the deliciousness were the Gaspé Crab & the Châteaubriand! We are already planning our anniversary to go back to Canada/Quebec City & reliving this dinner experience!
