Food was decent. We got 4 burgers & a poutine on the way back to our hotel, & when we got back we realized that there wasn't any meat on one of the burgers. We went back the next day on our way to the city & mentioned this while ordering more food. It was disappointing that the compensation was less than the cost of the burger, without consideration for the inconvenience of getting back to your room after a busy day to eat just to realize your dinner is incomplete.

I'm going to say something that might start an international incident, but West Coast poutine is far superior to anywhere else poutine. The poutine is as good as any in Eastern Canada. What you need to have is the burger. The burgers are good. Their Flash Bough is really good. It is essentially a sloppy Joe. Have it on a burger.

Je suis très content de leur service unique envers tout le monde ! Je sais pas mais tout le monde avait l'air de se connaître en tout cas bonne ambiance ! Il a jamais trop de monde c'est toujours parfait ! Les fois que je suis aller il y avais peu de gens après 3h ! Petit négatif envers les prix je suis sûrement pas le seul mais il sont vraiment élevés mais en tout cas la nourriture impeccable c'était vraiment bon ! La bouffe comme le mega Burger je pense il sont assez énorme ! Les poutine sont bonne & en même temps c'est de la poutine du Québec !

One of the best Poutine I've had in Quebec. We tried Poutine Flash Barbeque & Flash Burger (the most popular items on the menu). They both were really good. We did order an additional Egg Guedille. The Guedille stuffing was from the fridge, & I didn't really like it. With our meals, they included a complementary small carrot cake bite. It was great. I asked for a complete piece but they didn't have it available. The only dessert they had was a poor man's pudding. Which was way too sweet for me. The overall experience was great, the staff is really nice. It was our first visit & will probably come back. Don't forget to bring cash!

What a gem. Come for the food, come back for the food & the unbelievable service. Philippe is not only an absolute gentleman, he's clearly a passionate who cares to deliver the utmost best experience. & the food! The food!! From the delicious poutine (the 25 with the barbecue sauce is magic) to the finger licking burgers (where was the Flashburger all my life?!), without forgetting the poor man's pudding & the ice cream, everything was spectacular! & to top it all up, they serve old fashioned, flavor loaded peach juice (that even comes with candies)!!! The absolute throwback you need! Le Flashbourg is my new personal favorite! Un coup d'coeur!!
