La présence de peu d'employé explique la longueur du service. Mais leur gentillesse nous font oublier la situation. Là où tout se gâche c'est au niveau de la cuisine. Une bavette minuscule beaucoup trop cuite m'a été servie alors que je l'avais demandé saignante. J'ai avisé le serveur & en quelques minutes le cuisinier est venue m'aviser que c'était normal & que mon assiette ne sera pas remplacée …j'imagine que son état d'ivresse explique probablement son attitude. Il avait une bière dissimulée dans son dos car il chillait sur la terrasse avec des clients alors que le reste du staff rushait !!

La plus grande déception de l'année. L'endroit nous avait pourtant été recommandé par une connaissance.
?Le repas avait bien commencé avec les entrées, mais la suite a été un véritable fiasco. Nos bavettes, commandées les plus saignantes possible, sont arrivées cuites comme des semelles de botte. Quand nous avons demandé à retourner nos assiettes, ils ont carrément refusé.
?Le cuisinier est ensuite venu nous sortir ses excuses, une bière cachée dans le dos & visiblement complètement pachté. Après cet épisode grotesque, le service s'est totalement effondré : 40 minutes d'attente simplement pour réussir à obtenir l'addition.
?Quant au règlement du problème, une vraie mascarade : après nous avoir d'abord proposé un misérable 15 % de rabais, ils ont finalement accepté de nous offrir à 100 % une seule des deux bavettes. Payer l'autre plein prix pour un plat immangeable qu'ils ont refusé de remplacer, c'est tout simplement inacceptable.
?Soirée gâchée. Un établissement à éviter absolument.

Service was slow & not very good. Ordered wings with sauce on side, surf & turf, tuna tataki, & fish & chips. Tuna & fish & chips came out as ordered & were ok. Wings came out sauced & my daughter wouldn't eat them, they were ok, at best. Surf & turf came out with only'turf', no'surf'. Came back out with shredded, cold lobster meat (that clearly had claw meat in it) heaped on it. Steak was ordered med-rare & came out nearly raw. It was also covered in a low quality poutine gravy, which was not what was advertised. The steak was tough as leather. The shredded lobster they added when it came out with none was clearly their meat for lobster rolls & not the advertised lobster tail. This place was terrible, the worst meal I've had anywhere in a LONG time.

My first stop on my arrival from USA . Beer was cold & tasty on draft . Cheese plate was good quality . Great view & people watching from patio . & my bartender / waiter was friendly . Mercy!
