Nous étions venus pour nous régaler nous sommes émerveillés. Dès que l'on a franchi la porte de ce temple de la gastronomie boréale, nous avons été saisis par une ambiance à la fois chaleureuse & sophistiquée, où chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour éblouir les sens.
Le menu, mystérieux & non révélé à l'avance, est une véritable ode aux produits du terroir québécois. Les Chef-fe-s Constance Dubé-Asselin & Samuel Jean & leur Chef Eliot Beaudoin ont transformé les ingrédients locaux en plats d'une finesse & d'une complexité remarquables. Chaque bouchée a été une explosion de saveurs, une symphonie culinaire qui danse sur les papilles & laisse une impression durable. Les serveurs, à la fois discrets & attentifs, ont anticiper chaque besoin, chaque désir, avec une grâce qui force l'admiration.

Legende was everything I expected & more. The staff is friendly & answered all my questions. Charlotte went out of her way for my wife & me. It was my wife's birthday & they made us feel like we were family. The atmosphere is relaxing & fun. Now onto the food. We had the tasting menu with wine pairing. This was a match made in heaven. The 6 course meal was the best & most creative food I had ever & will ever have. Each course was perfection & kept us wanting more. The wine pairing was out of this world & was the perfect fit. I could have started the meal over again & would have been just as happy. The chef is a pure genius & they & the kitchen deserve all the accolades. This will be a meal that my wife & I talk about for the rest of our lives. Thank you Legende!!
While every meal we had in Quebec City was good in its own way, Legende was outstanding, truly in a class of its own. There were 4 people in our party. Each of us ordered 2 plates, plus shared a dozen oysters & dessert. The bison, carrots & artichokes were absolute standouts, but all dishes were carefully crafted with a complex combination of mostly locally regional ingredients. We finished with ice cider & a pear cake with ginger ice cream. The chef, kitchen & all the staff take great pride in their work & it shows!! Thank you Legende for a special evening.
I had the best oysters of my life at this restaurant. The ambiance was incredibly beautiful & peaceful, & the staff were exceptionally kind & caring. We visited for a birthday celebration, & the entire team went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, just as we had requested. They reserved a lovely & beautifully set table for us, which helped create an unforgettable romantic evening. The creative menu by the chef was absolutely delicious, & they even modified it perfectly to accommodate our food allergies. Overall, I can confidently say this was the best restaurant we've been to in Quebec City.
We recently had the pleasure of dining there & opted for the tasting menu-a new experience for us. From start to finish, the evening was a delightful culinary journey. Each course was beautifully presented & offered a perfect balance of flavors. The chef's creativity & attention to detail were evident in every dish, making the entire experience both exciting & satisfying. The staff were attentive & knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience with their warm service. At the end, they gave us delicious cookies to take out.
I would give 10 stars if I could. The restaurant has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere. Entire staff gave excellent service! Max was fantastic. Ordered the six course Chef special with the premium wine upgrade. Everything was exceptional & very tasty. Very unique flavors. Great job to the Chefs!!! Highly recommend. Sorry I didn't post pictures. I wasn't sure etiquette to take picture in Canada.

An absolute incredible meal & dining experience! Without a doubt, one of the top 5 meals I've ever had. Every course was beautiful, thoughtfully created, & an amazing trip for my taste buds. The descriptions of our meals were mind blowing, the service was impeccable, the wine delicious. Clearly the chefs are food architects & have the most creative minds. Well done all around.
