Service was excellent & the tasting menu was a great experience, with a few stand-out dishes like the tartlet in the amuse-bouche, the halibut, & the butter-fried bread. But the real life-changer was the genius mixologist, Jean-Francois. We opted for the non-alcoholic pairing & it was incredible. We will never forget the creativity & effort that went to his perfectly paired drinks (sousviding shiraz for 8 hours to remove the alcohol, using ingredients I never would have thought of like cat nip, verjus & sweet clover).
The only negative was the nordic shrimp tortellini dish we ordered a-la-carte. While it sounded innovative on paper, we found it to be poorly executed. The tortellini filling was hard & the mealworm dashi didn't go with the dish.
Perfect way to end our birthday weekend! Amazing staff. Incredible food. Romantic & comfortable atmosphere . I loved learning about all the local ingredients . The attention to detail was impeccable. Don't skip this restaurant on your trip to Quebec
Nous étions venus pour nous régaler nous sommes émerveillés. Dès que l'on a franchi la porte de ce temple de la gastronomie boréale, nous avons été saisis par une ambiance à la fois chaleureuse & sophistiquée, où chaque détail semblait avoir été pensé pour éblouir les sens.
Le menu, mystérieux & non révélé à l'avance, est une véritable ode aux produits du terroir québécois. Les Chef-fe-s Constance Dubé-Asselin & Samuel Jean & leur Chef Eliot Beaudoin ont transformé les ingrédients locaux en plats d'une finesse & d'une complexité remarquables. Chaque bouchée a été une explosion de saveurs, une symphonie culinaire qui danse sur les papilles & laisse une impression durable. Le menu de dégustation, avec ses six services, a été une aventure gastronomique qui vaut chaque centime dépensé.
Le service, quant à lui, dirige par Monsieur Maxime Renaud & Monsieur Jean-François Laurence pour ces cocktails a été d'une élégance & d'une précision dignes des plus grands établissements. Les serveurs, à la fois discrets & attentifs, ont anticiper chaque besoin, chaque désir, avec une grâce qui force l'admiration.

Très belle visite dans ce restaurant qui propose un style de cuisine Boréale, c'est-à-dire de n'utiliser que des ingrédients cultivés sur le sol Québécois.
Nous avons choisi le menu de dégustation (6 services) avec pairage de vins'Légende'. Notez que le menu n'est pas révélé par avance (sauf si demandé), ce qui contribue à la surprise lors de la découverte de chaque plat.
Culinairement, l'expérience est sensationelle, avec une très belle maîtrise de l'acidité & une créativité étonnante dans le mélange des saveurs. On se laisse surprendre par des mariages de saveurs auxquelles on aurait jamais pensé mais qui nous ont tous séduit.
Le pairage de vin n'est pas en reste est a su sublimer & mettre en valeur les notes les plus subtiles.

Truly a restaurant worthy of a star. Each course was well prepared & thought out. Can definitely taste the freshness of the locally sourced ingredients. The mocktail pairings were excellent. Highly recommend!
This place is top-notch! The food & service are absolutely high-end.
I visited during dinner service when they had just opened. The staff greeted me warmly & offered to remove my jackets. Let me describe the ambiance. The aesthetics & design are earthy & creative, featuring a blend of real plants & fake ones, along with a striking wall decor.
The bathroom is also speakeasy-style, clean, & intimate. The dim lighting & the design of the walls created a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the clean towels folded neatly to dry my hands.
Now, let's talk about the food. The presentation, flavors, textures, & aesthetics of each dish were simply exceptional.
I opted for the mussels, second dish was ravioli that one of the ingredients was charcoal & shiitake mushrooms. It was a unique & artistic creation. The staff took great care of me, changing my plates, napkins, & communicating with me, & providing detailed explanations about each dish. Jeff was great!
However, my dessert was the highlight of the experience. The dessert cake was made with shiitake mushrooms, & it was absolutely amazing.
I highly recommend this restaurant for an unforgettable dining experience, exceptional food, & memorable moments.
Un restaurant gastronomique de très bonne qualité.
Des plats variés, avec des ingrédients originaux, parfois un brin trop sophistiqués mais avec un bon équilibre entre le plaisir gustatif & la surprise.
Le service est impeccable, familier tout en restant professionnel, & on sent que le personnel s'entend bien. L'ambiance tamisée, dans une salle très peu bruyante.
Seul bémol, on se serait éventuellement passé de ces quelques tableaux imposants de très mauvais goût, présentant des femmes dévêtues dans des postures lascives d'un autre temps.
Was so impressed with the menu of hyper local food in the dead of winter- made me excited to come back in another season & see what those ingredients inspire! The wine pairings were particularly joyous, we got the Legende pairing & there was so much variety & such fun interplay with the food. Charming people too.
(Ate here a while back) Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. This was an incredible experience & well worth the money. The food was incredible, interesting, intricate, & filled us with a curiosity & excitement that we had never felt towards food. The service was incredible, too. The staff took their time to explain all the ingredients & flavors . It was our first fine dining experience & we couldn't be happier. The only issue was the main course which featured raw deer (or maybe it was lamb?). My cut was significantly tougher & chewier than my girlfriend's. Felt almost like a medium well piece of steak. Almost immediately upon leaving the restaurant, I had the worst stomach ache & experienced firsthand the scarcity of public restrooms in Quebec City. Despite all the great things, it seemed they were careless in a very crucial area of preparation.
