We were four & all did the tasting menu which was absolutely mouth watering from start to finish. Every entree was more amazing than the last! The wine & service were perfextly on point as well. Highly recommend this restaurant with its innovative cuisine. Attention to détail was spot on! Excellent use of the local terroir.

Unfortunately, this was our biggest disappointment for our dining experience on our trip to Montreal & Quebec City. We did just have the best dining experience ever in Montreal at bouillon bilk the day before & we also chose the tasting menu. We were looking forward to this meal as it is a 4 diamond restaurant. Unfortunately the taste of the food was most lacking, mediocre at best. The presentation was top notch. Service was pretty good but with our comparison to bouillon bilk. Bouillon bilk left us a memorable dining experience. Where as Legende left us underwhelmed.

Very good food & service. Tasting menu variety was excellent. Wife had wine pairing which was also well chosen with good showing of local Canadian wines. Highly recommended.

versed foodies. Whenever we travel, we make our dining experiences a priority. With SO MANY amazing restaurants to choose from in Quebec City, we chose Légende par la Tanière, based on reviews & the fact that all ingredients are locally sourced. Being Canadian that means a lot to us. My husband & I are lucky enough to have eaten at incredible restaurants all around the world, some Michelin Star, & some back-alley hidden gems..... Légende par la Tanière, was absolutely incredible! It was just as good or better as The meal we enjoyed at one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants . We enjoyed the 6 course tasting menu, & wine pairing ( I also suggest trying one of their Old Fashioneds- so good). It was truly a culinary journey starting at the IMPECCABLE service. From the moment we walked through the doors, to when we paid the check, the staff went over & above. Every course was artfully displayed on the plate, well explained by our servers, & delicious!!! I'm still thinking about the buffalo cheese, & honey butter/ bread course. My husband can't stop raving about the venison! We were celebrating our anniversary, & they gave us a complimentary dessert course with wine, which is unexpected but added so much to our experience. My husband & I can count on one hand our most memorable dining experiences, & this one just bumped a few down the list. Well done!

My wife & I had the tasting menu, it was great, as well as the service, we came back Monday night, since we enjoyed Sunday's dinner so much. Monday's dinner was fantastic!!!
