Cuisine locale boréale par excellence - très bon accord vin & création du chef. Beau décor & une service très chaleureux, ce n'est pas bon marché mais on goût le différence. Mise en assiette exceptionnelles, & les mocktails se sont fabuleux.

Un des meilleurs restaurants au Québec. Excellent service, nourriture au goût & aux textures judicieusement balancés & l'accord mets-vins est toujours impeccable. De plus, un effort est apporté pour l'utilisation de produits d'ici. Finalement ils prennent au sérieux les allergies, ce qui est très apprécié.

What an AMAZING experience! The service could not have been better! The food was spectacular, one of the best fine dinning experience so far. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we left fairly hungry. I feel the restaurant could solve this with a simple addition of a french baguette. I am sharing this so that they can make a simple change to resolve these remarks. I want this restaurant to have success so that we can visit it again. Best wishes!

La nourriture est excellente!!! Belle ambiance & beau restaurant. Ils doivent juste laisser plus de temps entre les services. Je n'avais même pas le temps de finir ma coupe de vin que la suivante était déjà servie.
