Excellent menu 6 services avec accord de vins. Pratiquement trop de nourriture. Belle sélection de vis d'ici & d'ailleurs. Service courtois & connaissant de leurs produits. Soucis du détail. Produits boréals différents & inventifs. Wow.

First time visiting Quebec & on our first night we enjoyed an amazing meal at Légende par la Tanière. The six course tasting menu was amazing! The wait staff was engaging, attentive, accommodating & extremely polite. The food was fresh & interestingly prepared. Each bite was an explosion of flavors, beautifully prepared & lovely to look at from the first bite to the dessert. What a lovely culinary experience overall.

Une très bonne expérience culinaire à Québec.
Le service est aux petits soins, les mets sont délicats & travaillés.
D'un point de vue totalement français, j'aurai préféré avoir la tartelette au fromage après la viande pour faire la transition avant le dessert.
Le dessert était une très bonne surprise mais soit on aime soit on déteste. Personnellement j'ai adoré, madame au contraire, ne l'a pas aimé.

Nous avons pris le menu dégustation 6 services. Excellent choix d'ingrédients locaux. Pour moi les plats étaient tous trop salés, un peu déçue. (Il faudra leur redonner une chance!) Nous n'avons pas réussi à finir les derniers plats - trop! Crudo d'omble & dessert à la crème glacée au gingembre délicieux par contre.

Food was absolutely exceptional, service superb. I have a lot of food allergies, they accommodated everything & ensured I had the same culinary experience as everyone else. Absolutely loved that place & will return!
