Nourriture hors de mes attentes, chaque ingrédients est choisie pour donner une expérience extraordinaire! Le service était super, belles connaissances pour les vins, qui était d'ailleurs délicieux & exactement ce qu'on nous avait d'écrit. Seul modification qu'on ferait, c'est le pain qui était avec le fromage cendré des grands jardins, le cornbread ne se tenais pas en place, très difficile à manger. Mais malgré tout, chaque repas était délicieux & incroyablement unique. Merci pour la belle expérience gastronomique, nous allons revenir à Québec pour vous (on vient de Montréal) & pour voir le gentil hôte Sam & notre serveur,dont on ne se souviens plus du nom, qui ont prit soin de nous toute la soirée!

Excellent service & quel repas!! La formule à l'aveugle = Wow!!! Seul un plat (pintade) était plus ordinaire (mais pas mauvais). Les autres services nous ont épaté!! Merci pour la belle soirée!!

Excellent, un des meilleurs repas que j'ai dégusté depuis fort longtemps, Le jeune chef a un potentiel énorme & une talentueuse carrière devant lui. Le service aussi impeccable & chaleureux. En toute modestie, j'occupe un roles de direction chez un fabricants de cuisine haut de gamme a Quebec & j'ai manger chez des grands chefs des Etats-Unis & du Canada. Votre jeune chef n'a rien a leur envier, il a un potentiel énorme.
