Expérience culinaire, service, accord « Prestige », je donnerais 6 étoiles... Mais hier soir, pour la Saint-Sylvestre, Dieu que la musique était de mauvais goût! Des versions kitchs (vieux rock, parfois disco) de musique de Noël pour le jour de l'an? Sérieusement? & tellement trop fort que tout le monde montait le volume pour s'entendre... Nous en avons fait mention, mais rien n'y fit. Vraiment pas fort. Mais bon... Pour le reste, une très belle expérience!

What an extraordinary experience we had New Year's Eve! Every aspect of it was delightful, surprising, delicious & artful. Impeccably hospitality, warm, welcoming, adaptable & informed. This was one of the best dinners ever, & I travel & llve in a large food-centric world centered in NYC. Thank you & congratulations to everyone who made that such a memorable experience.

The food was delicious & the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. We had dinner on New Year's Eve with the prefix menu. Which was magnificent!. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, & courteous. Would love to return if ever we are in Quebec!

Amazing! My wife & I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary & this place did not disappoint. Every employee from the moment we walked in were friendly, attentive, & accommodating to my long list of allergies. It was an experience that made our special night one to remember!
