Honnêtement un peu déçue par rapport à mes expériences précédentes du menu dégustation à ce restaurant: moins de plats & de variété, plats individuels plutôt qu'à partager, peu de protéines... de plus, le goût fumé du plat de betterave était trop intense (masquait l'accord avec le vin) & nous n'avons pas aimé le magret servi bleu, limite froid & coupé longitudinalement car beaucoup trop coriace sous la dent. Dommage!
