Mon conjoint, ma fille & moi-même avons adoré ! Que de belles découvertes, tant pour nos papilles gustatives que pour la vue ! Nous avons pris le menu qui nous a permis de découvrir 6 plats différents, tous excellents voire divins & d'une présentation sans pareil !
Pour ma part, je classerai ce restaurant comme le numéro 1 de Québec

Quelle belle expérience gastronomique! Le staff était bien informé, la création du Chef de pair avec les vins suggérés étaient sans pareille! À wonderful night out with very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend the Chef's création & wine pairings, a perfect evening!

A fantastic meal showcasing local ingredients & original preparations. We never looked at the menu -- we just ordered the tasting menu & wine pairing. The smoked beet was a highlight of one of the most original meals we have enjoyed. The staff & service was stellar.
