Très belle expérience dans cette établissement avec le menu dégustation. Les plats étaient originaux avec des saveurs & textures équilibrées. Un petit bémol sur le jus accompagnant le bison qui était trop salé à mon goût masquant ainsi les autres saveurs. Notre serveur était très professionnel & réactif pour s assurer de notre satisfaction mais pas très chaleureux.

Le menu végétarien est juste 👌🏼 Cela fait trois fois que nous allons dans ce restaurant & c'est aussi là que l'on s'est fiancés!! 🥰💍J'aime. An amazing experience ! Local produce of out-of-this-world quality. Woodland-like flavours that remind us of boreal forests & make us dream. The vegetarian menu is simply👌🏼We've been to this restaurant three times & this is also where we got engaged!! 🥰💍 I love it.

Food is amazing, service is top notch, atmosphere is great. If I absolutely need to be picky, plating could be even better for some of our dishes. But overall a great experience.
