Expérience légendaire! Si vous aimez les plats raffinés & la cuisine originale c'est le resto parfait. Nous avons choisi la dégustation à l'aveugle avec accord mets & vins. C'est un sept services choisi par le chef pour vous faire découvrir les saveurs du terroir canadien. Ce n'est pas pour toutes les bourses mais parfait pour une occasion particulière & une sortie hors du commun. Le service & la présentation sont à la hauteur des plats servis. Nous avons passé une soirée légendaire.

Innovative local menu with excellent service.

Agréablement surpris. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation qui comprenait 6 services ainsi que l'accord mets-vin. Nous avons vraiment apprécié les différents mets ainsi que les vins qui nous ont été servis en accompagnement. Tout se qui nous a été servi, de la mise en bouche au dessert, était délicieux. Ce restaurant sert une cuisine de type boréale où les produits du Québec sont à l'honneur. De plus, le personnel est attentionné, chaleureux & professionnel. Il nous a été possible de rencontrer le chef cuisinier ce qui nous a permis de lui faire part de notre appréciation des mets qui nous ont étés servis. Nous avons mangé dans de nombreux restaurants dans divers pays & ce restaurant fait parti des meilleurs. Nous allons y retourner assurément. Le menu dégustation avec l'accord vin est quelque peu dispendieux mais cela en vaut la peine.

Really great restaurant, some of the best plates i've eaten. Our server was awesome as well, he made great suggestions & guided us through the experience. I'm already making plans to come back to try the tasting menu. Thanks.
