Expérience culinaire complètement sublime. Les accords mets-vins sont très bien choisis pour chacun des assiettes qu'on nous a apportées. We went for the tasting menu. Everything they served was great & the wines paired very well. Service was attentive but not rushed. We had such a good meal, we went back 2 nights later for the a la carte. The dessert with cheese, malt & smoked ice cream was fantastic. It's sounded a little weird but it was delicious. The cheese was like a marshmallow texture & it all went together beautifully. If in Quebec again, it will definitely go back.

I had the best oysters of my life at this restaurant. The ambiance was incredibly beautiful & peaceful, & the staff were exceptionally kind & caring. We visited for a birthday celebration, & the entire team went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, just as we had requested. They reserved a lovely & beautifully set table for us, which helped create an unforgettable romantic evening. The creative menu by the chef was absolutely delicious, & they even modified it perfectly to accommodate our food allergies. Overall, I can confidently say this was the best restaurant we've been to in Quebec City.
Food is underwhelming, we have the 6 course tasting menu, & the pasta dish was too salty, the beef wasn't tender way too chewy, dessert too heavy for all this food. I did enjoy the amuse bouche, & brocolini, & the wine selection. I was expecting better food for the price.

Probably the best restaurant in Quebec, you need a reservation weeks in advance. Unless you are like us, preferring to dine on the earlier side. We had the tasting menu which delighted us with every course. All the ingredients are sourced locally & changes depending on availability. The service was above & beyond perfection. As was the clever wine pairing. If you have the funds, this is a "must do" meal when in Quebec city
