The food was excellent & very creative. The waitstaff forgot about my husband's nut allergies & brought him hazelnut bread. He wrote his allergies in our reservation & told the staff as well. We didn't like the iPad/phone menu; it should be paper. Candles on the tables would have been nice as I found the ambiance at the tables to be lacking. I was brought the wrong cocktail & had to remind the staff to take it off my bill because they forgot. Lastly, the wet, warm towels that were brought to the table smelled like scented laundry detergent & not botanicals. I dislike scented laundry detergents & they take away from the natural aromatics of the food. I suggest using unscathed detergent on linens. Overall, wonderful food. I just wanted to offer some suggestions on how to make the experience better. Thanks!

Nous avons passé une soirée magnifique. Nous avions choisi
le menu dégustation qui nous a transporté dans un univers culinaire remplie de surprise & qui nous a fait découvrir une cuisine unique. Tous les plats étaient tout simplement divin. Le restaurant nous accueille dans un une ambiance chaleureuse avec un personnel très attentionné qui a su nous faire vivre une expérience boréale hors du commun.

Major let down. The tasting menu felt randomly thrown together with a serious lack of theme & cohesion. The execution on the main meat dish (bison) was amateur. On the flip side, the cocktail team truly delivered. A lot of thoughts went into the drinks
