Just wanted to say again a big "Thank You" to the team at Légende! Had a fabulous experience at this restaurant. Came here with my very good friends, & I wanted them to see this place & experience the food. Wish we had this restaurant in Toronto (where we are from). We decided to have the 7 course tasting menu with an addition of Canadian sturgeon caviar. It was a big hit with the gang. Our server Marc was very professional & yet still made the evening very fun & entertaining. He took great care of us, even let me take that little caviar tin home as a souvenir of this great night. I will not go into super fine detail of every course, but some highlights are as follows: Mises en Bouche (Tasting Box) The presentation first off was spectacular! The little branches that were used as skewers, super impressive. Chamomile course The elegance of chamomile oil with the pan seared scallop. Mhmmmmmm, mind-blowing. Dessert courses The first one you got was the tarragon ice-cream. I will say the flavors bring me back to a childhood drink that was popular in my country. I quite enjoy seeing tarragon used in a sweet manner. The end course just left all of us speechless. There is so much lemon flavor without the use of any lemons. To sum it up. Hats off to Chef Elliot Beaudoin & his team. He definitely helped us discover the hidden treasures of the Boreal region.

Merci pour cette soirée gastronomique.
Nous avons apprécié & dégusté avec plaisir le 7 courses.
Compliments au chefs pour créer ce menu à l'ancestrale, à utiliser les produits du terroir en function des saisons.
Julien Giles, notre serveur était parfait, professionnel, à la fois amical & tres attentif à nos besoins.
Caroline, notre sommelière nous a charmé avec la sélection des vins.

Nous sommes venu par recommandation d'une amie! Que dire de l'expérience , une découverte mémorable, un service extraordinaire, Maxime & toutes la gagne nous à vraiment bien servi. Il ont tous fait partie de cette magnifique soirée. L'expérience culinaire est un trésor en bouche. Mes papilles vont sens souvenirs tres longtemps. J'ai déjà hâte à ma prochaine visite.
