Nous avons passé une excellente soirée au restaurant **Légende**. La cuisine est remarquablement créative, précise & pleine de belles surprises, avec des associations de saveurs à la fois originales & très équilibrées. Chaque assiette témoigne d'une vraie réflexion & d'un grand soin dans les produits.

Le service était également très agréable : attentionné, professionnel & chaleureux, sans jamais être trop formel. Mention spéciale pour la très belle sélection de vins à la carte, variée & bien pensée, qui offre de nombreuses possibilités d'accords avec les plats.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'ensemble de l'expérience & reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Seul petit détail qui pourrait encore parfaire le moment : des verres à vin un peu plus qualitatifs permettraient de mieux mettre en valeur les très belles bouteilles proposées.

An absolutely perfect evening at Legende! Gorgeous food, exceptional service, & an overall spectacular experience. This was one of the best dinners we have enjoyed. We would come back to QC just for this restaurant - highly recommend!

Loved the Waite staff attention from the waiters to the sommelier who offered us delicious local wines.

It is always a treat to sample what is best in the region

Food was creative & well presented though potions small we didn't leave hungry

So when people talk about Michelin star or fine dining... this is that. We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing & it was truly exceptional probably the best fine dining experience I've had outside of a NYC.

& it was the only place I can remember that was this consistent -- where each dish was great or better. Like'I'd like to have this again soon good' vs'Oh that was interesting' or'I think someone probably liked that but it wasn't for me'. Just'this is really really good & I think anyone would like it'.

It helped that most of the plates had 2-3 things that paired extremely well together. & the wine actually worked extremely well with the food (we got the Legende pairing which is the cheap one).

I will say that, while the food is elevated, the place is not fussy. There was a lady sitting by the herself at the bar, there were lots of couples & people laughing.

If you're in QC this is a must try. When we went ~17:30 there we seats at the bar so you might be able to get in without a reservation?

Le personnel de l'établissement est chaleureux, efficace, très professionnel. Bonne présentation des plats & des vins même si parfois le volume d'information peut nous submerger. Coté assiette c'est excellent en dehors d'un dessert un peu palle par rapport à l'ensemble du menu dégustation. Les assiettes sont de belles créations qui flattent la vue, l'odorat & le gout, c'est savoureux. Bravo à toute l'équipe.

Every single bite was special, & the best carrot (!) I've eaten in my sixty years of eating carrots (many at excellent restaurants). If you want an extraordinary meal in Quebec City, this is the place. BUT where the restaurant really shines is in its staff. The wait staff is attentive & knowledgeable & downright joyful about the food- I truly believed there was nothing they'd rather be doing. Also, the wine pairing completely on point & each wine complex & deep & delicious.
