Amazing service, creative outstanding farm to table, organic, cuisine. Superb wine list. Be sure to try the orange wine offerings. Very gluten friendly. Willing to work with all food allergies with delicious results. Although upscale, they welcomed us in our casual attire. So welcoming. Can't wait to return. 6+ stars.

How to begin...
I wanted to take my wife out for her birthday, & since she is a foody & writes for Asian magazine. Not easy to impress her 😅
We've already tried many Québec restaurants since we got a condo in old Québec late 2021.
For the presentation, we give 10/10
Beautiful dishes, colorful & eye gazing!
The atmosphere we can't give more than 5/10... one of the staff at the counter was super loud, & all we could hear in the restaurant was his voice talking to 2 ladies during the 2 hours we were there.
Food we give 6/10... most of the dishes were good but the small pieces of bavette in the main course were chewy & the dessert not up to this kind of place!
Service 5/10... we felt that the staff was not trained to the level of expectation! A bit robotic & cold.
