Lovely food, with unique flavours & presentation. Friendly service. Pacing could have been a bit better; however, that may have just been because I always wanted more of the delicious dishes. Will come back.

We ordered the 5 course tasting menu (pescatarian), & from the initial hors d'oeuvres to the final dessert, each course was unique, beautifully presented, & delicious. The meal was as excellent as any that we've had at the top restaurants back home in NY or Philadelphia. The wine pairings chosen by the sommelier were also perfect for each course. All in all the meal was outstanding & memorable, & we look forward to returning the next time we're in Quebec.

Our dinner was amazing. We started the evening sitting outside. The drinks were perfect for a summer evening. I had the aquavit martini & my husband had the cucumber G&T. We did the wine pairing with dinner. Each course was delicious. A lot of effort went into each dish & each bite is full of flavor, & is a pure expression of the earth & local ingredients. You won't find anything that is not grown locally. The presentation & the service was impeccable.

Excellent restaurant à tous les niveaux ; service hors pair, plats exquis, excellente sélection de vins & cocktails, ambiance parfaite ! Une magnifique soirée & une expérience culinaire que je recommande sans hésiter, il s'agit d'un des meilleurs restaurants que j'ai visités !

Wow ! Quelle expérience ! Un service très attentionné & très courtois. Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous. Martin était d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Nous avons été impressionné par la qualité & la présentation de la nourriture. Bravo !
