Ce fut un repas excellent. J'avais lu des critiques mentionnant que cela était surtout végétarien. Loin de là. La Truite, le Doré & le Cerf étaient accompagnés de légumes & de plantes boréales. Très belle soirée avec service impeccable & lieux ravissants.

This is one of the finest restaurants I have ever visited. The presentation was exquisite.
The food was remarkable for its originality.
The wine pairings were refreshingly unexpected & appropriate.
Some of the highlights were a pickled quail egg lollipop which resembled a plane tree fruit,alovage flavored sauerkraut of fennel providing a delicate bed for moist,succulent salmon. These were followed by venison in intense,elderberry sauce & a black walnutice cream of haunting delicacy & intensity.
The accueil & service were non pareil. The servers & the sommelier were,knowledgeable & charming. All were totally bilingual & willing to present in both languages to accommodate my rusty French.

Not inexpensive but worth every penny. Strongly reccomended.
