They are a true specialty roaster, & it shows in every single detail. This is clearly not just a casual coffee joint; the staff actually knows their stuff & takes immense pride in their craft. We finally received coffee that was expertly prepared, deeply flavorful, & served properly hot. The rich aroma hits you the moment you walk in, & the quality of the roast is second to none. To top it off, they have fantastic fresh coffee beans sourced from Peru & Colombia that you can take home.
If you are a true coffee lover visiting Quebec City & want something crafted by professionals who genuinely understand beans, roasting, & proper temperature, skip the generic cafes & come straight here. Endroit très sympa, très lumineux & avec beaucoup de place pour s'asseoir en haut.

J'ai pris un matcha & un sandwich au fromage, & c'était très bon. J'ai pu travailler aussi pendant plusieurs heures avec le wifi & j'ai trouvé des prises pour brancher mon ordi. Le café fermait aussi assez tard ce qui m'a permit de vraiment me poser.

Le plancher est assez bruyant, ce qui m'a surpris à plusieurs moments dès que quelqu'un marchait, mais ça rajoute au charme de l'endroit.

Le staff était très agréable & souriant, & l'endroit bien décoré. J'ai beaucoup aimé, je recommande.
