Très fan de la brûlerie! Cependant depuis quelques mois, les lattes ou cappuccinos sont faits très rapidement. La mousse est mal faite, on fait simplement chauffer le lait sans prendre le temps de bien mousser, soit il y a trop d'air ou bien qu'il est brûlé. C'est très triste, car je recommandais souvent ce café.

Got to visit this cute cafe for breakfast while I was in Quebec City & I throughly loved it! They carry quite a selection of coffee & the quality is great. Totally enjoyed the vibe of the place. What a calm, warm place to work from. Extremely welcoming baristas & delicious food!

Endroit sympathique mixant locaux, touristes & étudiants. Je fréquente l'endroit depuis 7 ans & j'y ai passé beaucoup de temps à la rédaction de scénarios. Situé dans un bâtiment centenaire, le café est configuré sur 2 étages. Il y a quelques tabourets au premier étage avec vue sur la rue St-Jean. Les tables ainsi que les toilettes se trouvent au 2ième étage. (Il faut demander la clé aux employés pour accéder aux toilettes). L'ambiance est jeune & écolo. Ont peut y acheter des oeuvres d'artistes affichés au mur. L'endroit n'a pas un look actuel mais est bien entretenu. Aujourd'hui j'ai pris un grand latté & un grill cheese classique. Toujours exellent! Ce que j'aime comparativement à bien des endroits c'est que le sandwich est toujours chaud & le fromage bien fondu uniformément à l'intérieur. *Il y a de super bonnes viennoiseries maison!
